Please call or email Delightful Dream Sleepovers to confirm availability of your chosen date and theme. Once availability is confirmed, email stating your name, event date, time, theme, number of tents and any additional extras. An invoice and contract will be sent after all is confirmed.

Please allow approximately 2-3 hours (depending upon theme and number of tents) to set-up the sleepover teepee area. Collection is faster.

Yes. There is a $100 deposit which will be included on your invoice. Any bookings over 8 will be charged $200 deposit. This is refunded once the items have been collected and checked. The cost of replacement for lost, broken, or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.

Full payment for the event is due seven (7) days prior to your event.

Occasionally - travel, setup and collection

12:00pm - 3:00pm

We will try our very best to meet your preferred times for delivery or pickup. However, due to stock requirements we may not be able to honor your request. If you book a sleepover, please ensure you have someone available at your home during set-up and collection times.

Please clear the space where you would like the tents set up. When we arrive, we will discuss how you would like the tents arranged. We will then set-up all tents/bedding and decorative items. When it is time for pick-up, please return all hire items to the tent area and then leave the rest to us! We will fold up and pack away all items. You don’t need to do anything.

Yes. You can request these at any time. They will be emailed with your invoice. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions/Hire Agreement in full prior to paying your invoice. Payment will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

1. We kindly ask that you keep the driveway free for us to reverse our vehicle.

2. We love to see where the tents will be setup first. We will discuss how they will be placed, and it's an opportunity for the birthday child to have an input as to how they want their party to look.

3. Please keep the walkway free while we carry the bulky items inside and outside.

4. We know it's all very exciting to have your set-up take place. We ask that all children and animals are away from the space while we set-up and pack-up.

5. If you have stairs higher than 5 please have someone there to assist
